IC3 Fair & Symposium

Before and after the IC3 Conference on 27, 28 and 31 August 2018, the IC3 Committees will host optional IC3 Fair & Symposium events in which universities can participate. The fairs will be attended by high school students and their parents seeking undergraduate programs, throughout regions within the greater Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR). These highly productive, optional events are available to university delegates as a separate add-on to their conference registration. There will also be limited opportunities for university delegates and field experts to present at the IC3 Fair & Symposium (further details will be available after conference registration opens).

For additional information, please write to info@ic3conference.com.

Over 1,000 students and parents from 20+ high schools are expected at each event on each day

  • Business cards! (bring plenty)
  • Brochures/flyers/printed profiles/materials with information about your institution (approx. quantity: 200-400 per day)
  • Small table-top banners or other small display items to represent your institution (such as a small sign, mascot, special item that represents your institution) or nominal “giveaways” (OPTIONAL)
  • Please do not bring large floor-based banners
  • In general, be mindful of limited space for displaying items on your tables – minimal is OK!
