Shipping Materials

If you plan to ship any materials, we suggest to ship to your hotel. Please work with your hotel directly to confirm the exact shipping address and any specific labeling information. We strongly recommend working with a shipping partner for your international shipping needs, as there are sometimes hang-ups in Indian customs. We recommend Air Concepts for this service: jen@airconceptsusa.com.

Recommendations for Table Set-Up

  • Small “drape cloth” (horizontal banner/table cover, suggested 2-foot width) with your institution’s branding (university/school name and/or logo)
  • Business cards! (bring plenty)
  • Brochures/flyers/printed profiles/materials with information about your institution (approx. quantity: 200-400 per day)
  • Small table-top banners or other small display items to represent your institution (such as a small sign, mascot, special item that represents your institution) or nominal “giveaways” (OPTIONAL)
  • Please do not bring large floor-based banners
  • In general, be mindful of limited space for displaying items on your tables – minimal is OK!
