The need for in-person professional and social connections has never been stronger. To meet this need and give delegates the opportunity to reconnect in any manner they feel comfortable, the 5th Annual IC3 Conference is being made available in a hybrid format. All hybrid events and sessions will be an integrated experience, with live events accessible to delegates in-person at the conference venue and simultaneously virtually through our virtual platform from anywhere in the world. Most of the pre and post-conference events, as well as the sessions and networking opportunities during the two days of the conference will be offered both in-person and live virtually.

Delegates can choose to attend the conference either in-person in New Delhi or virtually.

  • Registration Policies

    In-Person Registrants

    High School Delegates

Should a delegate be unable to attend the conference in-person due to health and safety reasons, either self-imposed or related to policies imposed by IC3, the conference venue, or an external governing body, they will be expected to participate in a purely virtual capacity.

University and Other Approved Organization Delegates

Should a delegate be unable to attend the conference in-person due to health and safety reasons, either self-imposed or related to policies imposed by IC3, the conference venue, or an external governing body, they will be expected to participate in a purely virtual capacity. In this case, the delegate will receive a refund for the difference in cost between in-person and virtual registration fees, rather than a full refund.

    Virtual Registrants (All Categories)

Registration for virtual attendance is non-refundable and delegates must participate in the 5th Annual IC3 Conference in a purely virtual capacity. Delegates can request to change their status from "virtual" to "in-person" by contacting IC3. If a change in status is approved, additional registration fees will apply.

If for any reason, a registered delegate decides to change the status of their registration from in-person to virtual or vice-versa, they will be able to do so. To upgrade from a virtual attendance to in-person, please write to us at info@ic3conference.com. If a change in status is approved, delegates will have to pay the difference in the registration fee. To move from an in-person registration to virtual registration, delegates can write to us at info@ic3conference.com with the request, and their registration will be changed and the difference refunded to them.

University delegates will receive a refund for the difference in cost between in-person and virtual registration fees, rather than a full refund.

The deadline to alter the status of registration is 18 August 2021.

Due to limited space, participants must register under the category of High School Delegate, University Delegate, or Other Approved Organization Delegate. In each category, registrants should be full-time permanent employees of the relevant entity.

Independent counselors who work with high schools (but are not full-time employees of the high school) and will attend on behalf of and with their school's permission may be allowed to register for the Annual IC3 Conference, in the registration category of “Other Approved Organization Delegates”.

The heavily subsidized registration fees for high schools is exclusively for full-time employees (who are on the payrolls of the high school). This subsidized fee is not applicable and CANNOT be availed by private or independent counselors or firms working with the high school. These private or independent counselors may be allowed to register for the Annual IC3 Conference, in the registration category of “Other Approved Organization Delegates”.

    Transfer of registration

Delegates will be able to transfer their registration to another representative from their institution for a processing fee of $65. The last date for this transfer is 18 August 2021, after which we will not be able to process transfer requests.

    Registration-New

Due to global health and safety concerns and limitations placed on the number of people who can gather physically in one space, the 5th Annual IC3 Conference is being made available in a hybrid format. Delegates will be able to choose and attend the conference either in-person in New Delhi or virtually through our unique virtual platform from anywhere in the world. Most of the pre- and post-conference events, as well as the sessions and networking opportunities during the two days of the conference will be offered both in-person and virtually. Some of the traditionally in-person events including the University Exhibits, the IC3 Fair & Symposium, and the High School Exhibits have been adapted into separate in-person and virtual versions. Our aim is to ensure that virtual attendance does not impact the quality of experience of the learning and networking opportunities being offered to delegates.
